From child age, I have always wanted to help, care for, and connect to people. I went into college knowing I wanted to work in healthcare... I studied healthcare administration and minored in computer science. During my coursework, I interned for a metaphysical store, called Lightway's Journey, where they sold healing crystals, pendulums, tarot cards, oracle cards, conducted Reiki classes, and plenty of other healing modalities. This experience helped spark my interest in pursuing holistic/natural care.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration from the SUNY College at Brockport, right before the COVID-19 Pandemic. After moving back home, I felt I had lost connection of friends from college, and I was going through an ending of a relationship, where I was ghosted. I became slightly depressed and anxious, feeling like no one cared about me. However, I started seeing a therapist, who helped me realize I could use more self-love and self-empowerment in order to see what was truly important to me.

I began looking into hobbies I enjoy in order to help me feel more connected with myself and my goals. I learned that I love being creative so I started painting. During this time, I also developed more interest in holistic care such as mixing herbs, oils and teas to soothe my mind and take care of my body. These hobbies allowed me to spend time with myself, explore my creativity, and enjoy the process. Creating art in any form allows me to express myself how I want to... fueling my emotions into another object, while carrying out the vision in my head. Exploring my creativity also allowed me to trust myself more, which ultimately increased awareness of my intuition.

With an intuition I can trust, I know I am capable of making my own decisions, and be proud of who I am. Now, I continuously learn how to stay true to myself, make wise choices, and take action with confidence.
